Gordon Ramsay Opens First St. Louis Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has launched his first St. Louis restaurant, Ramsay’s Kitchen, in collaboration with Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and Horseshoe St. Louis. The new dining venue promises a global culinary journey inspired by Ramsay’s extensive travels.

Located on the hotel’s eighth floor, Ramsay’s Kitchen offers stunning views of the Gateway Arch and Mississippi River, enhancing the dining experience. The spacious restaurant can host over 250 guests and features a bar and lounge, main dining room with a seasonal patio, two private dining rooms, and the outdoor RK Bar.

“St. Louis is an incredible foodie destination with vibrant Midwest flavors and influences,” said Ramsay. “I’m delighted to open Ramsay’s Kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, a stunning restaurant with amazing views. The menu showcases Ramsay’s renowned dishes and introduces new favorites. Guests can savor signature entrees like Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon, Fish and Chips, and Pan Seared Scallops. Starters include Parker Rolls, Tuna Tartare, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, and STL Style Ribs. Desserts feature British classics such as Sticky Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Eton Mess, alongside Chocolate Tart and Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake.

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis General Manager Alper Oztok expressed excitement for the restaurant’s opening, emphasizing the elevated cuisine and sophisticated setting it brings to the hotel. Brian Marsh, SVP and General Manager of Horseshoe St. Louis, highlighted Ramsay’s talent for interpreting local tastes through his culinary expertise.

Designed by AO, a California-based architecture firm, the restaurant’s decor features a warm color palette of navy blue, sienna, and cream, with furnishings that evoke the warmth and sophistication of Ramsay’s cooking style. The design also incorporates local cultural elements and reflects the surrounding rivers through custom carpeting and artwork.

The restaurant includes a stylish lounge with a marble bar and a seating area that encourages conversation, creating a clubby ambiance. The bar menu offers handcrafted cocktails, a comprehensive wine list, and bar bites. A floor-to-ceiling glass wine case separates the bar from the dining room, where guests will find leather banquettes, smoked glass mirrors, and bronze metal accents.

The al fresco RK Bar, open seasonally, offers dramatic views of the Mississippi River and downtown skyline, featuring a fire pit and water feature surrounded by plush seating. It is an ideal spot for cocktails and bar bites while enjoying the sunset.
