Internationally, the brand has secured a strong presence in Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the U.K., and is preparing for its debut in Japan with three properties in Osaka.
Garner Hotels’ owner-friendly conversion model and focus on essential traveler needs have made it a standout in the midscale segment. Features like comfortable accommodations, the Make it Yours hot breakfast station, 24/7 bean-to-cup coffee, and a daily cookie happy hour define its value-driven experience. Guests also benefit from IHG One Rewards, offering perks like late checkouts and Rewards Nights.
“The brand’s rapid growth shows its potential to redefine the midscale space,” said Karen Gilbride, VP of Garner Hotels. With a goal of 500 hotels in 10 years and 1,000 within 20, Garner Hotels is poised to reshape affordable hospitality on a global scale.
