Frasca Hospitality Group, known for its award-winning restaurants, has partnered with Four Seasons Resort Vail to launch Tavernetta Vail, its first venture outside the Denver area.
Located in the heart of Vail Village, the new flagship restaurant blends Italian culinary traditions with the mountain culture of the Alpine regions, offering refined yet approachable dining inspired by the flavors of both northern and southern Italy.

Chef de Cuisine Ethan Diamant leads the Italian-inspired menu, featuring dishes such as Linguini with Maine Lobster, Vitello Tonnato, and Bistecca alla Fiorentina, alongside other Alpine-leaning specialties.
Carlin Karr, Wine and Beverage Director, and Senior Sommelier Rylan Bonaccorsi oversee the Italian-focused wine and spirits program, while General Manager Jay Havey, formerly of Flame at Four Seasons Vail, ensures seamless hospitality.
Designed by Studio Collective and OZ Architects, the 150-seat restaurant underwent a full renovation, showcasing features like a spritz window, hand-painted wood-beamed ceilings, and a cozy bar and lounge ideal for après-ski or morning bites. A private dining room also offers a setting for special events.
Bobby Stuckey, co-founder of Frasca Hospitality Group, expressed pride in joining the Vail community alongside Four Seasons. Jerome Arribas, General Manager of Four Seasons Vail, called the partnership a perfect enhancement to the guest experience.
Tavernetta Vail is open daily for dinner at 5:00 pm, with breakfast launching December 17, 2024, and après-ski service starting January 9, 2025. Located at Four Seasons Vail, guests can find reservations on OpenTable and updates on Instagram @tavernettavail.
