Four Seasons and RAK Properties have announced plans for a new luxury beachfront resort and private residences in Ras Al Khaimah’s Mina, a 400-hectare waterfront development.
Set to redefine the region’s hospitality landscape, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will feature approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, alongside 130 private residences.

Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development at Four Seasons, highlighted the project as a key step in the brand’s UAE expansion, emphasizing its commitment to exceptional service and quality.
RAK Properties CEO Sameh Muhtadi expressed pride in the collaboration, noting that Mina’s blend of natural beauty and world-class amenities makes it an ideal location. Residential sales are set to begin later this year, with construction starting in early 2026.
Designed by Killa Design, the development will offer panoramic sea views, private beaches, and easy access to Mina’s Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard. Guests and residents will enjoy top-tier wellness facilities, including a spa, beauty salon, pools, and sports courts.
Children’s activities will be provided through the Kids For All Seasons program, while a grand ballroom and event spaces cater to gatherings of all sizes. The resort will also feature a dedicated marina for private boat arrivals.
The private residences will include four- to six-bedroom villas and two- to five-bedroom apartments, all fully managed by Four Seasons staff. Homeowners can opt into a flexible rental program for added convenience.
This project joins Four Seasons’ growing UAE portfolio, which includes properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The brand, a leader in luxury residential living since 1985, currently operates 55 private residence properties worldwide, with most future developments featuring a residential component.
