Led by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Thierry Motsch, Julien brings modern French gastronomy to Riyadh with elegant Saudi influences.

Hidden behind Café Boulud, guests pass through a luxurious corridor showcasing artisan cheeses and non-alcoholic wines before entering an intimate space inspired by Boulud’s home kitchen. The name Julien is a tribute to Boulud’s father and son, symbolizing legacy and personal connection.
The menu features refined creations such as foie gras-stuffed dates, pigeon served two ways, and a dramatic hamachi dish with purple cabbage and red vinegar.
