Tavernetta Vail will offer a menu inspired by Italy’s diverse regions, from the rich flavors of the north to the vibrant tastes of the south, while honoring Alpine culinary traditions. The restaurant will feature an all-Italian wine list, a Champagne selection, and an extensive array of Italian-inspired spirits.
The space, previously occupied by Flame Restaurant, is being redesigned by Venice-based Studio Collective in collaboration with Denver’s OZ Architects.
The renovation will create a cozy yet sophisticated environment that blends Italian charm with Vail’s mountain ambiance, including a new bar, lounge, and private dining room ideal for intimate gatherings.
