A Culinary Vision Rooted in Experience
Bringing over 25 years of expertise, Joseph has held leadership roles at prestigious establishments, including Ritz-Carlton Central Park South, NoMo SoHo in New York City, Grand Hyatt Union Square in San Francisco, and most recently, Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

Originally from San Diego, his culinary journey began at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he mastered classic techniques while embracing the vibrant flavors of the West Coast.
His time at acclaimed restaurants Le Cirque and Jean-Georges in New York further shaped his philosophy—balancing creativity with tradition.
Excited to immerse himself in Santa Fe’s rich food culture, Joseph looks forward to blending local ingredients with his culinary expertise to bring new depth to Terra’s seasonal offerings.
