Now a premier dining destination in Punta Mita, Aramara blends traditional Asian techniques with innovative flavors inspired by Chef Martín Flores’ travels, offering a refreshed menu featuring old favorites and new creations.

The reimagined experience includes immersive culinary presentations, a sushi counter, and an expanded sake program, alongside live entertainment and a world-class tea service led by a certified tea sommelier.

Chef Flores’ recent training in Asia has influenced Aramara’s diverse menu, which showcases dishes like Ishiyaki hot stone, Binchotan robata grill selections, XO Lobster Fried Rice, and sushi infused with local Mexican ingredients.

The redesigned bar elevates Aramara as a global beverage hotspot, featuring the region’s most extensive sake selection, Japanese whiskies, and innovative cocktails with Asian-inspired ingredients like lychee, matcha, and soju.

The new tea program offers a guided experience through rare international teas served in traditional Japanese cast-iron teapots, providing a refined post-dinner ritual.

Aramara’s new aesthetic, inspired by Japanese minimalism, incorporates natural materials like Parota wood and Hanami ceramic tiles, complemented by neutral tones and elegant art pieces, including a 17th-century Japanese folding screen.

The restaurant joins Dos Catrinas and Bahía as part of the resort’s diverse dining offerings and is open nightly from 5:30 to 10:30 pm.
