Taking place from November 1-3, 2024, this festival features a blend of culinary events, cocktails, music, and cultural activities. Executive Chef Jorge González of Dos Catrinas, along with distinguished guest chefs, will lead an exhilarating culinary celebration. The festival will include multi-course dinners, cocktail parties, cooking demonstrations, and more. Notable participants include Chef Richard Sandoval, James Beard Semi-Finalist Chef Carlos Galán from Guzina Oaxaca in Mexico City, and Chef Jose Miguel García from Espantapájaros and La Barraca in Mexico City.

Tertulia Night (6:00 pm, Friday, November 1 | Dos Catrinas) Kick off the weekend with a diverse multi-station dinner at Dos Catrinas, featuring culinary masterpieces from guest chefs and the Four Seasons culinary team. The evening includes traditional Mexican face paint, stilt walkers, and local musicians. Tickets are available on OpenTable at MXN 2,500 per adult and MXN 1,250 per child.
Barbacoa Demonstration (6:30 pm, Saturday, November 2 | Cuevas Beach) Witness the traditional indigenous method of slow-cooking a whole animal over a pit oven, marinated with agave leaves, garnished with onion and cilantro. This demonstration is complimentary for all guests, with the prepared meat served as a main course at Dos Catrinas.

Clase Azul Mez Bar Takeover (10:00 pm – 1:00 am, Saturday, November 2 | Mez Bar) Continue the festivities at the MEZ bar with Clase Azul tequila, featuring special decorations, a signature Día de Los Muertos bottle, innovative cocktails, over 70 varieties of mezcal, and live music.
La Vida Brunch (10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 3 | Dos Catrinas) Conclude the festivities with a lavish Sunday brunch buffet at Dos Catrinas, featuring traditional barbacoa, chilaquiles, a raw bar, omelets, pancakes, and the signature Bloody Catrinas beverage, all accompanied by live marimba music.
