Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is set to join VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining program from August 16 to September 30, 2024. This participation will feature a prix-fixe three-course menu for USD 60 per person. Known for its authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional service, Ravello is a Michelin-recommended restaurant boasting an elegant ambiance with expansive windows and contemporary decor.
The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, who oversees the culinary operations at the Resort’s six dining venues. A native of Torino, Italy, Schenardi takes pride in Ravello as his signature restaurant. In 2023, Ravello achieved the prestigious “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at the Platinum Level, the highest accolade awarded by ITA0039, an Italian certification body based in Milan. This recognition, which uses ASACERT’s rigorous assessment and accreditation process, marks Ravello as the first U.S. restaurant to earn this distinction.

The Magical Dining menu at Ravello offers the following selections:
Appetizers:
- Carpaccio Di Manzo: beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes, pecorino sardo, agrumato
- Burrata, Pomodori E Zucchine: burrata, heirloom tomato, grilled zucchini, pesto powder
- Cozze in Brodetto: mussels, garlic, tomato
Entrées:
- Vitello E Parmigiano Reggiano: veal with a parmigiano reggiano crust, asparagus-potato salad, basil dressing
- Pesce Spada Alla Siciliana: swordfish, tomatoes, olives, pine nuts, roasted potatoes, chianti sauce
- Branzino e Salsa Verde: whole pan-seared branzino, piedmonte salsa verde, sautéed haricot verts, cipollini onions, arugula
Desserts:
- Tiramisu Classico: marsala espresso syrup, mascarpone cream
- Vaniglia Panna Cotta Con Mirtilli: vanilla panna cotta, blueberry compote, lemon, mixed berry sorbet
- Affogato: vanilla gelato, espresso

For every USD 60 meal sold, USD 2 will be donated to VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining fund. This fund supports The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, an organization dedicated to helping families and individuals recover from disaster or personal hardship by providing essential household furnishings and clothing. The Mustard Seed, the region’s sole furniture and clothing bank, assists over 3,000 individuals annually, transforming houses into homes. Additionally, VISIT ORLANDO will donate USD 3,000 to one local nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts.
