Sustainable Thai Flavours
Guests enjoyed local favourites like Miang Kham and Pomelo Salad, served in antioxidant-rich wild pepper leaves grown onsite—eliminating waste and spotlighting natural harmony in Thai cuisine.
“It’s our way of honouring the Earth’s gifts through mindful sourcing and zero-waste presentation,” said Director of Restaurants Nicholas Gonthier.

Hands-On Eco Activities
Guests planted trees to connect with nature, while children upcycled discarded fishing nets into keychains—learning about marine conservation and the resort’s Coral Project in the process.

Giving Back to the Community
Resort staff distributed eco-friendly fertilisers at Nathon’s Pracharat Market and supported local students by funding school uniforms through guest donations. “It’s all about creating impact through care and circular giving,” shared GM Jasjit Assi.
