This October, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach celebrates its 10th anniversary with a breathtaking collaboration with renowned floral artist Jeff Leatham.
Known for his bold and iconic floral designs, Leatham has transformed the Resort into a vibrant floral oasis, marking the occasion with an extraordinary installation that blends nature and artistry in spectacular fashion.

At the heart of the Resort’s lobby, Leatham’s towering centerpiece—a stunning arrangement of deep ruby reds, glowing sunset oranges, amethysts, and lush emerald greens—captures the essence of the Resort’s decade of growth and refinement. Palm leaves, a tribute to Dubai’s welcoming spirit, further enhance the striking display.
Leatham, Artistic Director at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, is celebrated globally for his visionary approach to floral design, combining bold structures with nature’s elegance.
His work has earned him international acclaim, including a Knighthood for contributions to France’s arts. Leatham’s collaboration with floral brand IGP on this latest masterpiece reflects his deep passion for evoking emotion through nature.
“Flowers have an unmatched ability to convey emotion and tell stories, and this installation reflects the Resort’s journey and enduring beauty,” Leatham shares. “I hope it brings joy and celebration to everyone who experiences it.”
Complementing the floral spectacle, Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert has created a signature dessert, “Polly the Bee,” to celebrate the occasion.
This orange blossom and honey mousse, paired with pistachio biscuit and praline, not only pleases the palate but honors the role bees play in nature’s beauty. Guests can indulge in this sweet creation at Shai Salon throughout the anniversary month, all while enjoying Leatham’s floral artistry.
