Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is bringing a festive twist to the holiday season with its first-ever Spirited Tea at the Chandelier Bar. This tea-inspired cocktail and dining experience reimagines the classic afternoon tea, blending vibrant flavors with a modern ambiance.
Set against the dazzling Chandelier Bar, the Spirited Tea invites guests to indulge in a unique menu of sweet and savory delights, accompanied by a curated tea-infused cocktail.

With beats provided by Chandelier Bar’s resident DJ, the atmosphere is lively and chic. Guests can enjoy creative bites like Mini Crab Rolls, Baba au Rhum with Black Tea Syrup, Gougère with Raclette Fondue, Spicy Tuna Puri, Potato Pave with Beef Tartare, and Baklava Stuffed Dates. Each guest also selects a cocktail from a selection of tea-infused options, including:
- Chai: A rich choice for Manhattan fans, featuring Park VS Cognac, a chai-amari blend, vermouth, and bitters.
- Lapsang: A smoky whiskey cocktail with Michter’s Bourbon and lapsang souchong tea syrup.
- Chamomile: A floral twist on the French 75 with Farmer’s Organic Gin, lemon, chamomile honey, and Champagne.
- Hibiscus: A tequila-based cocktail with a hint of spice, blending Mijenta Reposado, lime, hibiscus cordial, and chamoy.
The Spirited Tea is offered Fridays and Saturdays at 2:00 pm from November 29 to December 28, 2024, for $65 per guest. Bookings are available on OpenTable.
