The Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City is elevating its culinary scene with the launch of OMA, a 10-seat omakase experience led by Chef Abraham López, opening in November 2024.
OMA invites diners to embark on a 21-course journey crafted from sustainably sourced, local ingredients, emphasizing freshness and quality with each dish.
The term “omakase” means “to trust the chef,” and here, guests are treated to Chef López’s skillful blend of traditional Japanese techniques and creative innovation, showcased through direct interactions at the bar.

With curated pairings of Japanese sake and wine, each course is designed to highlight the purity of ingredients, including freshly grated wasabi and premium seafood from Ensenada to Japan. The sawagani crab, noted for its intense flavor and crunch, is a menu highlight.
OMA’s minimalist interior, designed by Ezequiel Farca Studio, blends natural materials like stone and wood to create a serene, intimate atmosphere within the hotel’s lush gardens. The space balances luxury with simplicity, reflecting the meaning of its name, OMA, which symbolizes precision and purity.
