Four Seasons has unveiled its latest standalone residential project in Washington, DC: Four Seasons Private Residences Washington, DC.
In partnership with The Georgetown Company and Mohari Hospitality, the development will transform the historic Georgetown heating plant into a limited collection of 64 ultra-luxury homes, marking a new benchmark in high-end living in the U.S. capital.
The project builds on more than two decades of success at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, and represents a strategic move in Four Seasons’ growing portfolio of standalone residences.

Featuring one-to-four-bedroom layouts, each home blends timeless design with cutting-edge amenities, and will be managed with the brand’s signature level of personalized service.
“These residences exemplify our commitment to exceptional, standalone living experiences in cities where the Four Seasons brand is already trusted and beloved,” said Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development and Residential at Four Seasons.

Situated in one of DC’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the homes will offer panoramic views of the Potomac River, Georgetown’s cobblestone streets, and the city’s iconic skyline.
Designed by AD100 architecture firm Ingrao Inc., the interiors will include expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, private outdoor terraces, and refined materials throughout. Landscape design is being handled by OLIN Studio, best known for its work on the Washington Monument grounds.

Residents will enjoy access to a private wellness center, 75-foot indoor pool, spa treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, and a private wine cellar and tasting room.
Additional services include in-home dining, event planning, and 24/7 property management led by a dedicated Four Seasons Director of Residences—ensuring a seamless, luxury lifestyle with every detail meticulously handled.

“This project fuses Georgetown’s rich history with modern sophistication,” said Peter Armstrong of The Georgetown Company. “It’s a rare opportunity to live at the intersection of cultural heritage and world-class design.”
For Mohari Hospitality, co-developer of the project, the development is a perfect fit within its global portfolio of luxury properties. “This residence is a defining moment in luxury residential living,” said Allen Smith, CEO of Mohari. “We’re proud to bring this vision to life with Four Seasons in the heart of DC.”
As Four Seasons celebrates 40 years of redefining branded residences, the Washington, DC offering reinforces the company’s reputation as a leader in luxury living.
As one of the few hospitality brands to remain the long-term property manager for its residences, Four Seasons guarantees that every element—from anticipatory service to maintenance—is delivered to exacting standards.
