“Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and the same will be true aboard Four Seasons I,” says CEO Alejandro Reynal. “Each experience is designed to be highly personalized, building on the success of our 600+ restaurants and bars worldwide while introducing something entirely new.”

Dining highlights include Sedna, a fine-dining venue featuring rotating master chefs; Terrasse, a Côte d’Azur-inspired Mediterranean eatery; and Miuna, an intimate omakase experience.

Pistachio offers freshly baked pastries and artisanal coffee, while a range of bars and lounges—like Salon for afternoon tea, Champagne & Caviar for indulgent pairings, and Bar O for vintage cocktails—create unique social experiences.

Luxury extends beyond the dining venues, with personalized in-suite dining available 24/7. Guests can savor gourmet meals on their private terraces or enjoy late-night indulgences at their convenience.

Set to embark on its maiden voyage in January 2026, Four Seasons I will sail the Caribbean in winter and the Mediterranean in summer, offering an immersive blend of culture, history, and natural beauty.

With just 95 residential-style suites and an iconic 9,975-square-foot Funnel Suite, the yacht promises an unparalleled standard of hospitality.
More details on the onboard culinary team and menus will be revealed later this year.
