Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is set to unveil a stunning ballroom redesign and expansion, scheduled for completion in October 2025.
Designed by 1508 London, the renovation will blend the hotel’s contemporary elegance with timeless architectural details, solidifying its status as a top venue for luxury events, grand celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
Located on the 5th floor with city views, the transformed ballroom will feature a grand entrance with a striking wood door adorned with decorative hardware, setting the tone for a sophisticated space.

Inside, custom wood and metallic partitions will offer both functional separation and a seamless aesthetic, while a newly designed plaster ceiling—replacing the former gold leaf finish—adds understated elegance.

The centrepiece will be a breathtaking seeded-glass chandelier, casting soft, natural light across the nearly 9,000-square-foot venue. Floor-to-ceiling windows and plush custom carpeting will further enhance the ballroom’s refined ambiance.
With seating for 400 guests and a cocktail reception capacity of 600, the space is ideal for weddings, galas, corporate events, and social gatherings.

The renovation also extends to pre-function areas on Levels 2 and 5, where upgraded seating, decorative screens, and curated artwork will create a welcoming atmosphere for pre-event gatherings.

“This transformation will elevate our already exceptional event spaces,” says Cornelia Samara, General Manager and Regional Vice President. “The seamless blend of modern design and timeless sophistication will provide an unforgettable setting for any occasion.”
The reimagined ballroom and its adjoining spaces will be available for bookings starting October 2025.
