The highly anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Osaka, located in the vibrant Dojima district, is now accepting reservations ahead of its grand opening this August. The hotel aims to set a new standard in luxury hospitality in Osaka, blending historic traditions with modern culture. Rami Sayess, President of Hotel Operations – Asia Pacific, expressed excitement about expanding the Four Seasons presence in Japan, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to exceptional care and service.
General Manager Alastair McAlpine highlighted the collaboration with top Japanese architects and designers, including CURIOSITY, SIMPLICITY, DESIGN STUDIO SPIN, and Nikken Sekkei, to create inviting spaces that celebrate Osaka’s diversity.
The hotel features six dining and drinking venues, a dedicated wellness floor, and contemporary accommodations, including the region’s first modern ryokan experience. This modern ryokan, located on the 28th floor, offers 21 guest rooms and suites with traditional elements like tatami mat flooring and sliding doors, designed by SIMPLICITY. The remaining 154 rooms, designed by CURIOSITY, offer stunning views of the city.
Osaka, recently named the most liveable city in Japan, is a bustling hub of business, nightlife, shopping, and cultural landmarks. The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is ideally situated near Umeda’s shopping and business district, Kitashinchi’s dining scene, and Nakanoshima’s art galleries and museums.
Guests can also look forward to Expo 2025, expected to draw millions of visitors, and enjoy seasonal attractions like Universal Studios Japan, cherry blossoms in spring, and fall foliage.
The hotel’s culinary offerings include Jiang Nan Chun for Cantonese cuisine, Sushi O for a premium sushi experience, Bar Bota with panoramic city views, Jardin for all-day dining, Farine for artisanal baked goods, and CHA for traditional Japanese tea.
The wellness floor boasts a spa with five treatment rooms, a sauna, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, and ofuro baths in the ryokan tradition. For events, the hotel offers a flexible ballroom, meeting spaces, and a Sky Salon with a private kitchen.
