One of Music City’s top wedding venues, the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, has unveiled a highly exclusive Elopement Experience, with packages starting at just $3000 plus taxes.
“In celebration of National Couples Day this August, we wanted to create a unique offering that caters to couples seeking an intimate, yet affordable wedding celebration,” said Rachael Haisten, the hotel’s Social Events Sales Manager.
Available only in August 2024, this limited-time package includes an intimate ceremony in the hotel’s elegant events space and accommodates up to ten guests. The package is thoughtfully curated to cover every detail, including a one-hour photography session with the hotel’s photographer, Kirsten Holliday.

“We aimed to eliminate the stress of wedding planning by ensuring everything is prepared and ready for a flawless ceremony. This includes arranging flowers, an officiant, a photographer, and of course, the venue,” Rachael elaborated.
The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville’s Elopement Experience has meticulously planned every detail for a perfect day, featuring:
- A wedding ceremony for up to 10 guests (plus the couple)
- A certified officiant for the ceremony and marriage license
- A bouquet and boutonniere from a local florist
- A one-hour photography session
- A light reception for up to 10 guests with an open bar and passed appetizers for one hour
- One night’s stay in a suite for the newlyweds
- A congratulatory amenity in the suite
- Overnight parking for one vehicle
- Late check-out until 2:00 pm (subject to availability)
For those looking to enhance their experience, optional upgrades are available for an additional fee, including an enhanced reception with more food and beverage options.
