The hotel also introduced a groundbreaking kitchen oil and grease recovery system, recycling 50,300 liters (13,287.85 gallons) in just six months—an amount of water savings sufficient to meet the needs of 3,000 people for a week. Additionally, the hotel added a dedicated dishwasher position for sorting and implementing new recovery practices, further embodying its proactive approach to waste reduction.
