Founded by École Hôtelière de Lausanne alumni Nayla and Victoire, Sol Studio provides a dedicated wellness space for guests to practice in a tranquil setting.

Sessions cater to all levels, featuring morning warm-ups for strength and flexibility and evening recovery for relaxation. The program includes mat Pilates, Vinyasa, Deep Flow, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, and the signature Sol Class, a fusion of yoga and Pilates.
Classes are available in French and English, with private sessions upon request. Group classes run daily with a maximum of 10 participants. Open to both hotel guests and external visitors, advance booking is required.
From March 3 to 9, 2025, the Yoga & Pilates Escape retreat offers a three-night wellness experience, including daily yoga or Pilates, a high-altitude outdoor session after a scenic snowshoe hike, and a Winter Detox spa treatment featuring exfoliation and massage.
Guests can unwind with an in-room bath butler kit and enjoy a half-board meal plan by Chef Armando Acquaviva, featuring seasonal, nourishing cuisine.
