Served in the grand Rotunda Bar and Lounge, the new “aperi-tea” concept blends decadent sweets, bold savoury bites, and playful cocktails in a chic setting that transitions seamlessly from day to night.

Known for her standout cake designs, Lily Vanilli reimagines afternoon tea with standout dishes like Tiramisu Tart, Crème Brûlée Basque Cheesecake, her signature scones with seasonal fruit compote, and pastel-hued Celebration Cakes.
As the lights dim in the evening, the menu evolves into a cocktail-forward experience featuring mini martinis and inventive drinks like the Lily Royale and Salted Espresso.
Savoury highlights include confit potatoes with smoked salmon and lime, cheese and spinach scones with pickled cucumber, and a Basque-style Gilda snack.
The menu, which changes with the seasons, delivers bold flavours and a distinctly London vibe all year round.
Available Thursday to Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, the experience is priced at £48 per person, with an optional £33 cocktail pairing. It’s a stylish new way to do afternoon tea—perfect for a mid-day treat or post-work drinks with a twist.
