Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is celebrating Global Wellness Day with a special one-day retreat in partnership with organic skincare brand ilā. Set within the hotel’s peaceful 500-acre estate, the retreat focuses on holistic wellbeing through ethically sourced skincare and immersive experiences.
Led by ilā’s expert practitioners, the day includes a sensory oil-blending workshop, sound bath healing, and a 50-minute ilā massage.

Guests will also enjoy access to the spa’s luxurious facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a steam room. A healthy lunch will be served in the Walled Garden, and each guest will leave with a selection of ilā spa gifts to continue their wellness journey at home.
