A Tea Lounge Transformed
In partnership with HBO, The Library at The Lounge has been reimagined to reflect The White Lotus’ signature mystique. With an ethereal sea of white lotuses, dramatic art installations, and elegant furnishings, every detail is designed to transport guests into the series’ luxurious world.
Afternoon Tea: A Taste of Thailand
Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini have crafted an Afternoon Tea inspired by Koh Samui’s lush landscapes and Thai flavors. Guests are welcomed with a Thai Crémant and Jasmine Cold Brew Iced Tea before indulging in both savory and sweet creations:
- Thai Lobster Salad with Makrut Lime and Caviar
- Tom Kha Essence with Lemongrass and Coriander
- Corn Tartlet with Whipped Corn Vanilla Ganache
- Thai Tea Infused Madeleine, designed to resemble a lotus

The White Lotus Bar: Cocktails with a Story
By night, The White Lotus Bar serves signature cocktails inspired by all three seasons of the series:
- Pineapple Suite – A tropical escape evoking Maui (Season 1)
- The Lotus – A romantic nod to Taormina, Italy (Season 2)
- Coconut Paradise – A tribute to Koh Samui (Season 3), blending coconut and Thai pandan
- The White Lotus Gimlet – A refined gimlet with coconut lotus syrup
Served with elegant Thai-inspired canapés, including Duck Pâté Larb and Smoked Eggplant Nam Prik with Tiger Prawn, the cocktail experience brings the mystique and indulgence of the series to life.
