In the latest Michelin Guide France, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris retained its remarkable six Michelin stars and one Green Star across its iconic restaurants—Le Cinq, L’Orangerie, and Le George—while Le Cap at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat held onto its one-star status.

Asia’s top properties also delivered standout performances:
- Yu Yuan at Four Seasons Seoul received its first Michelin star in February.
- Four Seasons Hong Kong preserved its eight-star total, with Caprice, Lung King Heen, Noi, and Sushi Saito all recognized.
- Zi Yat Heen in Macao retained its one star, while Lung King Heen also scored an impressive 99.5 on La Liste 2025.
- SÉZANNE in Tokyo, a three-star restaurant, was named Best in Japan and ranked #4 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025.

The consistent acclaim—across Michelin, La Liste, and Asia’s 50 Best—reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to originality. With over 600 distinct restaurant and bar concepts, no two dining experiences are the same.
According to Philipp Blaser, SVP of Food & Beverage, the brand’s success lies in its ability to attract visionary talent and deliver boundary-pushing, one-of-a-kind culinary moments.
