Chef Eli Kulp’s “Voi-áge Dinner Series” will continue in Philadelphia with a special event featuring renowned New Orleans chef Donald Link. On September 25, 2024, Link will collaborate with Chef Greg Vernick at Vernick Fish, located in the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, for a one-night-only dining experience.
The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with a reception, followed by a five-course tasting menu. Each chef will present two dishes, with a dessert to finish the meal. The menu will celebrate New Orleans-inspired flavors, with an optional wine pairing and a cocktail menu crafted by Link’s Chemin À La Mer. Jazz music will set the ambiance. Tickets, priced at $210 per person, can be reserved starting August 23 through the Vernick Fish website.

Chef Vernick expressed his excitement about the collaboration, admiring Link’s influence on his own work and the opportunity to honor New Orleans’ rich culinary heritage. Chef Link, founder of the acclaimed Link Restaurant Group, has received multiple James Beard awards, including Best Chef: South and Best American Cookbook for Real Cajun.
The “Voi-áge Dinner Series” has previously featured other celebrated chefs and includes a charitable component. Proceeds from the September 25 dinner will support the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary Inc., an organization that Vernick Fish already backs through its oyster-recycling program.
Vernick Fish is known for its inventive, ingredient-driven cuisine that blends global flavors with sustainable seafood. Chef Eli Kulp, a James Beard finalist, continues to influence Philadelphia’s culinary scene through his restaurants and podcast ventures.
