Nestled alongside waterfront views, Cafe Milano celebrates Italy’s famed white truffle season, with each dish crafted to highlight this prized ingredient in harmony with classic Italian flavors.
Curated by Chef Delfino Chiarello, whose culinary style is rooted in simplicity and Italian tradition, the menu offers an exceptional journey through starters, main courses, and desserts. Inspired by his grandmother and his 20 years in the kitchen, Chef Delfino’s truffle-infused creations honor the heritage of Italian truffle hunters, or trifolao, using modern techniques that let ingredients shine.
For starters, guests can begin with the Zuppa del Giorno, a comforting seasonal soup, or the Capesante Arrosto, featuring seared Hokkaido scallops with fennel salad, Oscietra caviar, and truffle beurre blanc. The Tartare di Manzo Wagyu elevates Wagyu beef with a honey truffle dressing and quail egg, delivering a rich blend of flavors.
Main courses offer further indulgence, including Tagliolini Fatti in Casa, Tartufo Bianco, featuring freshly made tagliolini in a truffle butter sauce, garnished with white truffle shavings. Another highlight is the Risotto con Stracciatella, combining Sicilian red prawns and white truffle for a luxurious twist on risotto. For seafood lovers, the Filetto di Moro con Quinoa Tostata presents marinated black cod with toasted red quinoa and a delicate mushroom consommé.
