For Thanksgiving and Christmas, TRUSS offers festive prix fixe feasts, with dishes ranging from turkey and short ribs to lobster risotto, paired with curated wines. At Auro, guests can indulge in seven or 10-course tasting menus for Christmas, featuring premium wine pairings and seasonal delights.
Both venues offer an exceptional New Year’s Eve experience, with TRUSS presenting a three-course menu, and Auro offering multi-course Michelin-starred dining. Both dinners include access to the resort’s Midnight Soirée, where guests can enjoy live entertainment, champagne, and gourmet canapés as they welcome the new year.
For families, the resort also offers kid-friendly New Year’s Eve activities, with a supervised room for children, ensuring fun for guests of all ages.
Additional holiday activities at the resort include cocktail crafting classes, truffle making, and festive fireside chats with local winemakers, along with special workshops like cookie decorating and charcuterie creation.
