Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is set to elevate the festive season with a special omakase residency by Sushi | Bar, known for its inventive take on Japanese cuisine.
From December 17, 2024, to January 4, 2025, guests can indulge in a meticulously curated 17-course menu showcasing sustainably sourced fish and playful twists on nigiri and other delicacies.
Highlights include Aged Bluefin Akami with red miso and bagel spice, Hokkaido Scallop with truffle accents, and Kanpachi paired with tropical flavors like pineapple and passionfruit.

The resort’s Living Room lounge will be transformed into an intimate omakase setting, complete with a chef’s counter where diners can witness the artistry behind each dish. The ambiance will feature custom artwork by watercolor artist Lydia Marie Elizabeth, inspired by interiors and architecture.
