This Easter, MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai DIFC is hosting a stylish seasonal brunch on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
The event promises a vibrant afternoon of gourmet cuisine, live DJ entertainment, and an elegant springtime vibe.

Curated by Chef Rami Nasser, the menu features a spring-themed appetiser buffet with fresh salads, seafood, and Mediterranean bites, including burrata, quinoa salad, smoked salmon, ceviche, oysters, and shrimp cocktail.
Guests can choose from mains like truffle-infused Wild Mushroom Rigatoni, King Crab Spaghetti, citrus Sea Bream, Marinated Chicken, Wagyu Burger, and a tableside Short Ribs Trolley.

Desserts are served sharing-style, highlighted by the Colomba Trolley—an Italian Easter cake with candied orange and pearl sugar.
Signature cocktails and mocktails round out the menu, with Prosecco and Champagne packages including handcrafted drinks like the MINA Margarita and Passion Fruit Martini.

Held in the Michelin-selected MINA Brasserie, the brunch offers a chic and flavourful Easter celebration. Prices start at AED 350 with soft drinks, AED 555 with Prosecco, and AED 725 with Champagne.
