Hilton has announced the signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square, in partnership with Loughview Leisure Group. Located in Belfast’s Linen Quarter, next to City Hall, the hotel offers easy access to major attractions like Titanic Belfast and the Cathedral Quarter, as well as over 3,000 acres of parks.
It’s also conveniently positioned 11 minutes from George Best Belfast City Airport and 30 minutes from Belfast International Airport.
Before joining the Hilton brand later this year, the 131-room hotel will undergo a multi-million-pound refurbishment.

Highlights include The Linen Bar, which pays homage to Belfast’s industrial past, The Doffer, a stylish tap room open on weekends, Jospers Steakhouse, and The Loft Lounge, a rooftop bar with an outdoor terrace offering stunning city views. The Jaffe Penthouse and select rooms provide picturesque vistas of Belfast and the surrounding hills.
Belfast has emerged as a major hub for technology, research, and innovation, attracting over 1,000 international companies. With four meeting rooms, the hotel offers a prime venue for business travelers.
Northern Ireland’s £672 million overseas tourism industry continues to thrive, reinforcing Belfast’s position as a top destination for both business and leisure.
This announcement follows Hilton’s expansion across Northern Ireland, including the DoubleTree by Hilton Derry-Londonderry and The Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, both opening this year.
Loughview Leisure Group also recently completed a multi-million-pound refurbishment of DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast Templepatrick, upgrading its rooms, spa, public areas, and 220-acre parkland golf course.
Graham Dodd, Hilton’s Managing Director of Development for the UK & Ireland, highlighted the hotel’s role in strengthening Belfast’s reputation as a premier travel destination.
Chris Kearney, Loughview Leisure Group’s Group Finance Director, emphasized the investment’s alignment with Northern Ireland’s tourism growth strategy, aiming to double the sector in the next decade.
