This May, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is launching an exclusive wellness retreat in partnership with Alo Yoga and skincare brand Natura Bissé. Taking place on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2025, the two-day event blends movement, mindfulness, and skin rejuvenation in an intimate setting designed for holistic self-care.
Each morning begins with meditation guided by wellness expert Kim Kessler, followed by a 90-minute yoga session with Alo Yoga ambassadors Gala Ortín and Alma Guerra. Afterward, guests will enjoy a nourishing breakfast curated by the hotel’s culinary team.
The experience continues with a 60-minute masterclass from Natura Bissé focused on advanced skincare rituals. Saturday’s session, C+C Vitamin: a dose of energy and shine, introduces antioxidant-rich routines to revitalize and firm the skin using key ingredients like turmeric, pine extract, and vitamins E and F.
Sunday’s class, The Night is for Regeneration, delves into chronocosmetics and optimizing nighttime skincare to enhance cellular renewal and combat fatigue, wrinkles, and dehydration.
