This November, Four Seasons invites guests on an exclusive culinary adventure with Hidden Recipes, a month-long promotion celebrating the intricate flavors of Chinese cuisine.
Running from November 8 to December 8, 2024, this dining experience features a collection of secret, off-menu dishes crafted by chefs across Four Seasons’ esteemed Chinese restaurants, blending cherished classics and innovative new creations.

Each participating restaurant offers its own unique menu, from timeless Cantonese dishes to inventive culinary masterpieces. Highlights include Michelin-starred dishes like Chef Chan Yan Tak’s Steamed Lobster Dumpling with Sea Urchin at Lung King Heen in Hong Kong, Chef Yongsheng Li’s Boiled Pearl Rice with Crab Meat in Guangzhou, and Chef Tommy Cheung’s Deep-Fried Crab Shell in Bangkok, each reflecting the artistry and local ingredients of their region.
The promotion also features Chef Alec Khoo’s Steamed Star Garoupa in Singapore and Chef Jimmy Wong’s Pan-Seared Pipa Style Bean Curd in Kuala Lumpur, showcasing modern interpretations of traditional flavors.
