In 2010, Stembert joined the Four Seasons family at their Nevis resort, taking on the role of Director of Rooms. Over the next three and a half years, he rose through the ranks, holding senior positions such as Executive Assistant Manager and Resort Manager.

His leadership within the Four Seasons brand continued to blossom with General Manager roles at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. Before his latest appointment, Stembert also served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.

Reflecting on his new position, Stembert expressed his excitement for the opportunity: “While I’ve had the privilege of working in some remarkable destinations, leading this incredible team in Anguilla is an honour.
