Situated aboard the First Nile Boat and conveniently docked opposite the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Nairu invites guests to embark on a noodle-inspired gastronomic journey.
Step into an exciting realm where Far Eastern flavors come alive by the Nile, filling the air with the aromatic scents of sizzling garlic, fresh herbs, and fragrant spices. At Nairu, guests are encouraged to craft their own noodle bowls, choosing from a vast selection of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including noodle type, broth, sauce, vegetables, and protein.

The menu boasts a variety of noodle options such as Korean brown vermicelli, udon, egg noodles, and rice stick noodles. Guests can enhance their creations with a choice of two Chinese vegetables, including shimeji, king oyster, or shiitake mushrooms, along with leeks, green beans, cabbage, or onion. To complete the dish, a selection of proteins is available, ranging from salmon, tuna, and prawns to octopus, chicken, tofu, or a soft-boiled egg.
To complement the custom noodle bowls, guests can start their culinary adventure with delectable Chinese appetizers. Choices include a fresh Chinese glass noodle salad, a summer Vietnamese roll, or vegetarian spring rolls, each served with a variety of Asian-inspired dips and sauces.
