Four Seasons Hotel Amman is set to showcase its culinary prowess at the first-ever Jordan International Food Festival (JIFF) from August 7 to 11, 2024.
This festival, a global celebration of Jordanian cuisine, culture, and community, will take place at the King Hussein Business Park in central Amman, covering an expansive area of 50,000 square meters (500,000 square feet) divided into various zones to appeal to different tastes, interests, and ages.
Capitalizing on its esteemed reputation for culinary excellence, Four Seasons Hotel Amman will offer daily menus that highlight the unique offerings of its restaurants and lounges, allowing festival-goers to indulge in a range of gastronomic delights.
The schedule for the hotel’s participation is as follows: On August 7, guests can savor popular dishes from The Foyer Lounge, known as the hotel’s living room. August 8 will feature the vibrant flavors of Levantine cuisine at Mezzeh. On August 9, attendees can enjoy French classics from La Capitale Brasserie. The essence of Southern California will be brought to life on August 10 with offerings from FIVE Grill & Lounge. The festival will conclude on August 11 with an exquisite selection from SIRR Bar.
Organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Jordan Tourism Board, JIFF promises an immersive experience with curated tastings by Michelin-starred chefs, live cooking demonstrations, workshops, music concerts, local markets, and family-friendly entertainment, all imbued with Jordanian hospitality.
The festival will feature an impressive lineup of chefs, food writers, and culinary experts, each contributing their unique expertise and passion. From globally acclaimed chefs presenting their signature dishes to food writers sharing insights and culinary experts demonstrating innovative techniques, JIFF will be a grand celebration of culinary arts.
