This November, renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to Doha for a special three-night celebration, marking Nobu’s 30th anniversary. From its first location in New York’s Tribeca in 1994, Nobu has become a global culinary trendsetter, redefining Japanese cuisine with a touch of Peruvian flavors.
The event not only celebrates Nobu’s incredible legacy but also honors the passion and commitment that has driven its success over the past three decades.
The anniversary kicks off on November 3, 2024, with a rooftop party hosted by Chef Nobu. Guests will indulge in live stations featuring signature dishes, canapés, and cocktails, all while enjoying live entertainment and panoramic views of Doha’s skyline.
The celebration continues with a seven-course Nobu Omakase dinner, crafted by Chef Nobu himself, available from November 3 to 9. Dishes include Nobu Caviar Tacos, Nobu Sushi selection, and King Crab Tempura Calamansi Amazu Ponzu.
