Two-Michelin-starred Chef Nino Di Costanzo is bringing his culinary mastery to the Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, blending the traditions of his native Ischia with the natural beauty of the Maldives.

Starting November 11, 2024, Chef Nino will bring the visionary cuisine of his renowned Danì Maison, named one of Forbes’ “top ten restaurants not to be missed in the world,” to the resort’s Blu Beach Club.

Chef Nino’s approach, rooted in sensorial storytelling and deep respect for nature, will be showcased during two week-long residencies at Blu Beach Club—November 11 to 17, 2024, and February 13 to 19, 2025.

His collaboration with the Blu culinary team will culminate in a year-round curated menu served to only two exclusive tables per evening, ensuring an intimate and unforgettable dining experience.

In addition to crafting dishes that fuse Mediterranean and Maldivian flavors using produce from Landaa’s garden, Chef Nino has also mentored members of the Blu team, with four chefs training at his Danì Maison restaurant in Italy.
