The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is set to welcome back renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten for a special dinner on February 20, 2025, celebrating 25 years of DUNE by Jean-Georges.
Since its 2000 opening, DUNE has redefined fine dining in the Bahamas, blending global flavors with an island-inspired setting atop a white sand bluff overlooking the ocean.

“Twenty-five years—what a journey!” says Vongerichten. “DUNE has been a labor of love, from the friendships we’ve built to the incredible ingredients we’ve shared with our guests. We’re so grateful for the unwavering support and excited to celebrate this milestone together.”
Guests will enjoy an exquisite menu showcasing Jean-Georges’ signature style, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour at 6:00 pm, followed by a family-style dinner at 7:00 pm, offering a rare opportunity to interact with the celebrated chef. Weather permitting, the event will take place on the bluff outside DUNE, offering breathtaking ocean views.

The curated menu features appetizers like Hamachi Sashimi with Soy Yuzu Dressing, Stone Crab Wedge Salad, and a Baked Potato with JG Select Caviar. Mid-course highlights include Black Truffle and Fontina Pizza and Spicy Lobster Campanelle Pasta.

For the main course, guests will savor Dover Sole Meunière, Lamb Chops with Black Pepper Glaze, and Vegetables in Aromatic Red Curry. The meal concludes with indulgent desserts like Caribbean Coconut Tart and Dark Chocolate with Passion Fruit Sorbet.
