From January 6 to February 12, 2025, the hotel offers a festive atmosphere adorned with vibrant Chinese New Year décor, special menus, and themed events, including appearances by the God of Prosperity on January 28 and 29.

Michelin-selected Yun House, led by Chef Jimmy Wong, presents five signature set menus featuring reimagined Cantonese classics with premium ingredients. Highlights include Five Head Abalone with Sun-Dried Oyster, Crispy Prawns with Wasabi Aioli, and Yee Sang with salmon belly and ikura caviar.

Chef Cheong curates a festive buffet blending global cuisines with Chinese specialties like Steamed Peking Duck and Fried Golden Tail Wonton. Toss prosperity Yee Sang enhanced by premium ingredients.

Bountiful Blossoms Afternoon Tea at The Lounge
Executive Pastry Chef Yann Roumanille presents a themed afternoon tea with sweet creations like Red Snake (lychee-rose mousse) and Emperor’s Treasure (black sesame diplomat). Savory bites include Grilled Unagi Roll and Prosperity Egg. Classic and spiced scones are served with homemade mandarin-orange jam.
