Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur celebrates the Lunar New Year with indulgent dining experiences, blending tradition and luxury to welcome the Year of the Snake.

From January 6 to February 12, 2025, the hotel offers a festive atmosphere adorned with vibrant Chinese New Year décor, special menus, and themed events, including appearances by the God of Prosperity on January 28 and 29.

Michelin-selected Yun House, led by Chef Jimmy Wong, presents five signature set menus featuring reimagined Cantonese classics with premium ingredients. Highlights include Five Head Abalone with Sun-Dried Oyster, Crispy Prawns with Wasabi Aioli, and Yee Sang with salmon belly and ikura caviar.

Executive Pastry Chef Yann Roumanille presents a themed afternoon tea with sweet creations like Red Snake (lychee-rose mousse) and Emperor’s Treasure (black sesame diplomat). Savory bites include Grilled Unagi Roll and Prosperity Egg. Classic and spiced scones are served with homemade mandarin-orange jam.
