Children’s Cookie Decorating Class
Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos will lead two cookie-decorating classes for children in Proof on December 8 and 15, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Each child will decorate delicious gingerbread cookies to take home. The class costs USD 50 per child under 12.
Outdoor Holiday Movie Series

It is available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from December 6 to 29, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The cost is USD 80 per adult and USD 40 for children 12 and under, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Breakfast with Santa
The popular Breakfast with Santa returns on December 15, 21, and 22, 2024. Guests will enjoy a celebratory buffet with breakfast favorites and a visit from Santa. There are two seatings: one at 8:30 am and the other at 10:30 am. The cost is USD 70 per adult and USD 30 for children 12 and under, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
New Year’s Eve Celebrations
Onyx will celebrate New Year’s Eve from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am with champagne, caviar, a DJ, and a dance floor. All attendees must be 21 years of age.
Football enthusiasts can join a watch party in Proof, featuring large TV screens, themed décor, and food and beverage specials.
