The team at Four Seasons Sydney has curated the perfect springtime itinerary, brimming with special events and new talent. From Father’s Day celebrations to delightful after-work gatherings and exciting new culinary additions, here’s what to look forward to at Four Seasons this month.
Let’s Hear It For The Boys!
Sunday, September 1, 2024, not only marks the start of spring in Sydney but also celebrates Father’s Day. Treat Dad to an exceptional meal at Mode Kitchen & Bar, where the team has designed a Semi-Buffet style Father’s Day Lunch (starting at AUD 120 per person).
The menu features an expansive Antipasti Buffet paired with classic Mains the whole family will love, including Pan Roasted Blue Eye Fillet, Grilled O’Connor Tenderloin, and Acqurello Risotto. The feast concludes with a selection of delectable desserts. Enhance the experience with additional free-flow beverage packages (AUD 50 per person for Standard and AUD 65 per person for Premium), ensuring a festive atmosphere for all. This special lunch is available on Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 12:30 to 3:00 pm.
For those looking to elevate their Father’s Day celebration, the Family Fun Offer provides a luxurious escape for the entire family. Enjoy curated amenities and surprises, daily breakfast at Mode Kitchen & Bar, and an in-room movie experience perfect for cozy evenings.
Guests who stay during Father’s Day Weekend with the Family Fun offer will also be entered into a draw to win a Lavazza A Modo Mio SMEG Coffee Machine and a two-month supply of Lavazza Coffee Pods, courtesy of the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney team.
Après-Work Revival
As springtime brings longer days with daylight savings approaching, it’s the perfect time to enjoy after-work relaxation. The popular Aperitivo happy hour returns at Grain Bar, offering a refreshing Italian Spritz and unlimited Italian antipasti buffet, Tuesday–Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, for just AUD 40 per person.
For a quicker option, Martini Mondays at On The Go Café, the hotel’s Lavazza Coffee outlet in the lobby, feature house-made classic Espresso Martinis and a unique Popcorn Infused Espresso Martini for a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors. These are available on Monday evenings from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.

September also welcomes two new culinary stars to Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. Returning as Executive Chef is Gaurav Bide, who has a rich background with the Merivale Group, Sofitel and Fairmont hotel groups, and previously served as Executive Banquets Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney from 2015 to 2019.
