It’s about creating a sensory journey that evokes nostalgia and joy, especially during the Mid-Autumn Festival,” Chef Tommy shared with a smile.

Traditional Lotus Paste Salted Egg Yolk Mooncakes: These classic mooncakes feature rich, smooth lotus seed paste encasing a perfectly balanced salted egg yolk, symbolizing the fullness of the moon and blessings of abundance.
Durian Salted Egg Yolk Mooncakes: A bold fusion of creamy lotus seed paste with the distinctive aroma and custard-like texture of durian, complemented by a savory salted egg yolk center. This mooncake promises a uniquely indulgent experience.
Custard Salted Egg Yolk Mooncakes: Offering a luxurious blend of velvety custard filling and savory salted egg yolk, these mooncakes create a delightful symphony of textures and flavors.

A set of 70-gram mooncakes, featuring all four varieties—Lotus Paste Salted Egg Yolk, Durian Salted Egg Yolk, Custard Salted Egg Yolk, and Mango Pine Nuts—is available for THB 1,488 per box, net. Each box contains eight mooncakes.
