Chef Pedro Pena Bastos welcomes renowned chefs Christian Le Squer, Dani García, Benoît Sinthon, and Vasco Coelho Santos for these culinary collaborations, offering a unique chance to experience each chef’s signature creations, blending tradition with innovation.

Chef Christian Le Squer of the three-Michelin-starred Le Cinq at Four Seasons George V, Paris, is excited to join forces with Chef Pena Bastos for two nights of gastronomic collaboration, combining the flavors of Portugal and France.

Chef Benoît Sinthon, with two Michelin stars from Il Gallo d’Oro in Madeira, echoed the sentiment, sharing his excitement to cook again with Pedro, citing their shared passion and friendship. Vasco Coelho Santos, chef of Euskalduna Studio in Porto, also expressed his admiration for Pedro and looks forward to this collaboration.

Dani García, known for his two Michelin stars, is thrilled to return to Lisbon, where he was awarded his third Michelin star, and looks forward to creating a memorable experience.

The dinners, priced at EUR 345 with wine pairings, include a 10-course menu and the opportunity to meet the chefs at 7:00 pm before the meal. Each dinner features a single seating at 7:45 pm. The schedule includes:

  • Benoît Sinthon (October 22)
  • Dani García (October 30)
