This holiday season, Michelin-starred Pavyllon London, Chef Yannick Alléno’s celebrated restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, offers a festive dining experience in Mayfair. With menus that capture French elegance and seasonal flavors, guests can enjoy a series of special occasions in December.

Festive Menu Lunch – £75 per person
Throughout December, Pavyllon London presents a four-course festive lunch, ideal for holiday meetings and gatherings. Signature dishes include comté cheese souffle, foie gras roulade, roasted guinea fowl, and a delicate mille-feuille dessert.
Available daily from 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm, December 1-24.

This six-course dinner on Christmas Eve highlights Chef Alléno’s modern takes on holiday classics like Orkney scallop carpaccio, foie gras torchon, and a unique milk cloud dessert with citrus and honey tuille.
Available 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm on December 24.

Christmas Day Lunch – £350 per person
Celebrate Christmas Day with a seven-course feast featuring Obsiblue prawn cocktail with Prunier caviar, Albufera cheese soufflé with winter truffle, seared foie gras, langoustine tail, and a tender beef fillet.
Available from 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm on December 25.

New Year’s Eve Celebration – £500 per adult / £150 per child
Ring in 2025 with a lavish New Year’s Eve at Pavyllon, beginning with champagne and canapés at Bar Antoine. The six-course dinner features Orkney scallop with Prunier caviar, wild seabass with winter truffle, and Japanese Wagyu beef stroganoff, followed by a peanut mousseline. After dinner, the celebration continues in Bar Antoine with a DJ, canapés, and champagne for the midnight countdown.
