Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is set to elevate Midtown’s dining scene with the December 2024 debut of Brasserie Margot, a chic destination for modern French cuisine and craft cocktails. Combining Parisian charm with Atlanta’s vibrant energy, the brasserie promises an inviting ambiance, exceptional service, and a menu designed to surprise and delight.
Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Jon Novak, whose global culinary pedigree brings a fresh spin to classic French dishes like steak frites, bouillabaisse, and foie gras. His approach honors tradition while introducing innovative techniques that elevate flavors for the modern palate.

Complementing Novak’s creations is Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, who adds flair with house-made baguettes, a grab-and-go bakery, and tableside desserts like flambéed Crêpes Suzette.
The brasserie also boasts a standout beverage program led by award-winning mixologist Ashish Sharma. Signature cocktails, such as the Louvre Sour and Clay Pot Negroni, deliver visual and flavorful artistry, while an extensive wine list highlights French and sustainable vineyards.
Designed by Smith Hanes Studio, the interior exudes understated glamour, blending muted tones, layered textures, and gold accents for an atmosphere that seamlessly merges Parisian elegance with Atlanta swagger. A curated music playlist enhances the experience, evolving with the brasserie’s transition from morning to night.
Brasserie Margot joins the Hotel’s culinary lineup alongside the acclaimed Bar Margot, offering guests a harmonious blend of casual sophistication and fine dining. With breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch on the menu, this dynamic addition promises to be a culinary landmark. Reservations open in late November 2024.
