Bar Trigona at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has been recognized as one of Tatler’s Best 100 Bars in Asia 2024, cementing its status as a leading cocktail destination.

Revealed on November 24 at the Tatler Best of Asia event in Bangkok, this honor celebrates the bar’s exceptional creativity, innovation, and hospitality. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our team and our mission to craft not just cocktails but experiences that celebrate Malaysia’s vibrant spirit,” says Bar Manager Darwin Ng.

The accolade adds to Bar Trigona’s impressive list of achievements, including a spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars for six consecutive years and its recognition as one of the Top Ten Best International Hotel Bars in the World at the 2024 Spirited Awards. Known for its sustainability initiatives, the bar has previously won the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award and the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award.

At the heart of Bar Trigona’s identity is trigona honey, sourced from Malaysian stingless bees. This distinctive ingredient evolves with the seasons, bringing dynamic flavors to their innovative, low-waste cocktails.

The bar’s sustainability efforts, such as its “Adopt a Beehive” program, promote eco-friendly beekeeping and local sourcing from farmers, transforming overlooked elements like seeds and peels into new flavor profiles.

Looking ahead, January 2025 will mark the launch of Colour Me Curious 2.0, a bold new menu featuring vibrant cocktails that marry artistry with sustainability. Signature drinks include Bloom, with tequila, pink dragon fruit, and trigona honey liqueur, and Cosmos, a vodka-based creation with jackfruit and butterfly pea flowers.
