ARGO, the renowned bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, continues to lead in cocktail innovation and artistry. Ranked #9 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, ARGO’s team, led by Beverage Manager Federico Balzarini, has launched a new menu called “Combinations.”

This creative offering emphasizes simplicity and accessibility, showcasing cocktails built around 10 familiar ingredients such as pineapple, kumquat, cacao, and wood, each used in multiple forms to enhance the drinking experience.

The menu features 12 drinks, ranging from single-ingredient highlights to combinations of up to four elements. Signature cocktails include the Pineapple Highball, which uses pineapple in various forms, and the Bergamot & Wood Gimlet, a multisensory experience that pairs the drink with scented hand cream for a unique olfactory journey.

Playful options like the Grapefruit & Cacao 20th Century, a twist on classic gin cocktails, and the Dr. J Negroni, infused with tropical flavors, provide fresh takes on well-loved beverages.

Alongside its focus on simplicity, ARGO remains committed to sustainability, minimizing waste by using every part of its ingredients and sourcing locally from partners like Taboocha and Citibrew. Guests can also enjoy ARGO’s signature Martini or explore the rotating “Classic with a Twist, Bartenders Madness” series.

The bar’s inventive cocktails are paired with mouth-watering bar bites curated by Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Pastry Chef Ringo Chan, including dishes like Crispy Shrimp with Bourbon cocktail sauce and a revamped Hong Kong Egg Waffle with milk tea ice cream.
