Four Seasons Hotel Amman has welcomed Andrea Franceschi as its new Executive Chef, bringing his expertise to the hotel’s renowned dining venues, including La Capitale Brasserie, Olea Restaurant, and SIRR, as well as in-room dining and banqueting services.
Andrea emphasizes his dedication to creating memorable dining experiences through attention to detail, quality, and teamwork.
Born in Pescia, Tuscany, Andrea’s culinary journey began at 18 when he moved to London to work at The Connaught Restaurant, gaining experience in Michelin-starred kitchens.

His career flourished during his eight years in Paris, where he honed his craft at esteemed establishments such as La Table de Joël Robuchon. It was also in Paris that his son, Andrea Junior, was born, inspiring him daily with his energy and curiosity.
Andrea’s global culinary journey includes pivotal roles as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, Executive Chef at The Nautilus Maldives, and leadership positions in Switzerland and Turkey.
These experiences helped him craft award-winning dining experiences, blending creativity and exceptional quality across diverse cuisines.
At Four Seasons Hotel Amman, Andrea now leads a talented team to elevate culinary excellence across the hotel’s dining outlets and events. Beyond the kitchen, Andrea’s passions for motocross, boxing, and AC Milan reflect his dynamic spirit, while his greatest inspiration remains his son, a reminder of the legacy he strives to uphold.
