Accor, Premium Partner of Paris 2024, launches its Olympics campaign, “Crafting Treasured Memories,” featuring memorable hospitality stories and highlighting Heartists®’ exceptional service.

Accor, a global hospitality leader and Premium Partner of Paris 2024, has launched its advertising campaign for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Directed by Vincent Lobelle, the campaign includes a main film, two short formats, and visuals by Aurélien Chauvaud.

The campaign, titled “Crafting Treasured Memories,” showcases Accor’s dedication to creating memorable experiences through its 1,700 hotels and 40,000 Heartists® in France. It highlights the exceptional service provided by Heartists®, featuring stories like a concierge’s adventure to cheer up a young guest and a waitress’s quick actions to avert a mishap.

Running from June 23 to September 15, the campaign will be featured on TV, digital platforms, and billboards in train stations and airports, targeting both French and international travelers. Additionally, Accor’s ambitious media plan includes a collaboration with France Télévisions for the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games, underlining its commitment to inclusion and support for disabled athletes.

Stéphanie Dartevelle, VP Sponsorship Europe & North Africa at Accor, emphasized the campaign’s goal to celebrate the spirit of the Olympics and Paralympics, reflecting Accor’s values of excellence and respect. Fabrice Plazolles, Creative Director at Havas Play, added that the campaign aims to entertain and highlight Accor’s dedication to hospitality.
